With over 30 years of experience selling to the Caribbean, Central, and South America, our company has been recognized as one of the leading distributors providing the best quality service for our territories.

Responsibilities of the position:
? Researching and comparing suppliers, goods, and services.
? Selecting the most suitable suppliers in terms of reliability, product quality, and cost-efficiency.
? Negotiating prices.
? Preparing and processing purchase orders.
? Scheduling and verifying purchase deliveries.
? Interacting with suppliers to schedule delivery times and resolve shipping issues.
? Building and maintaining positive, long-term supplier relations.
? Keeps information accessible by sorting and filing documents.
? Support and assist the Territory Manager with all the operations.
? Learn the operation with a hands-on experience from Procurement to shipment of goods.
? Facilitate and expedite all operations with customer satisfaction in mind.
? Perform activities to improve market share and brand awareness.
? Other tasks as required, aimed to achieve customer service satisfaction and brand development.

Qualifications:
o Bilingual in English/Spanish.
o Minimum of 2 years of work experience in an office environment.
o Ability to multi-task, work within time constraints, and perform under pressure.
o Advanced computer skills in fields such as internet browsing, email communication, multimedia, and teleconferencing. Microsoft Office proficiency is required.
o Ability to solve problems and follow up with issues.
o Good understanding of purchasing functions, inventory, and supply chain procedures (preferred, but not necessary)
o Strong verbal and written communication skills.
o Understanding of multicultural work environment.
